These study questions are designed to prepare you for the
training and testing of the IOWPA certification exam which is offered at
the annual IOWPA conference typically held late January of each year.
It is oftentimes offered after the conference and at most IOWPA
sponsored events. Below is the link to the new practice exam. Please
be sure to use a copy of the NEW Rule for a study guide. Click here to
download the rule which is 40+ pages.

These study questions are provided for your convenience by the
Indiana Onsite Wastewater Professionals Association (IOWPA), the
Indiana State Department of Health to help prepare individuals for
IOWPA's Certification test. It should not be as a reference in place of
Indiana's current Rule 410 IAC 6-8.1 for the Placement, design or
construction of septic treatment or disposal systems. The original draft
