In 2008 IOWPA presented its first “Volunteer of the Year” award to
L.A. Brown for 2007. As the first recipient of this very special award, it is
now aptly
named the “L.A. Brown Volunteer of the Year Award”.
Since that time, L.A. has presented the award to Don Jones (2008),
Retired, Purdue University and Dick Blazer (2009), Blazer Farms.
This year, Dick Blazer presented the award to Alan Dunn (2010).
IOWPA is fortunate to have the type of leadership and commitment from
these individuals. We thank them for their contribution of time and
professionalism.
